Prof. Miebaka Aprioku, a Professor Emeritus of Geography and Environmental Management, has reacted to comments former Governor Nyesom Wike made about his brothers.
In a video shared by Symfoni TV, Aprioku disclosed that his family is planning legal action to ensure Wike apologizes to them. He also said that he used to know Wike as a worker at the Mile 3 motor park in Port Harcourt. He mentioned that Wike’s rise from a motor park worker to the position of governor has made him proud.
In Aprioku’s words: “We are making moves, we want to go to court and make sure that he (Wike) comes on his knees and, if nothing else, apologize to this family. He has left Rivers State, he is no longer a prominent citizen of Rivers State. I used to know him as a [worker] in mile 3 park. What is there in his head now is ego that he rose from the motorpark to become a governor of a state”
