The Police Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi has reacted after an X user accused the Nigeria Police Force, NPF of demanding N10,000 for opening a case file and N30,000 for tracking.

In the post that the man made on his page, he said officers are demanding N30,000 for tracking a missing person.

Here is what he wrote on his official page;

“You mean those your officers asking her 10k to open a case file and 30k for tracking?”.

Reacting to the post, the Police Public Relations Officer said it is Inhumane and unprofessional to be asking for money to track a missing person. He said he will handle the case personally.

Here is what he wrote on his official X handle;

“For a missing person? Asking for money to track? That’s inhuman and unprofessional. Let the family get to me please. I need to handle it myself. Let them Send me an sms on my personal line. Thanks”.
