Dan Nwomeh, the Special Assistant to Peter Mbah on Media has reacted after an X user shared photos of a dilapidated government hospital in Enugu state.
According to the X user, the health facility is located in Amalla, Orba, in Udenu local government area in Enugu state.
After sharing the pictures he wrote on his page;
“If Charity no start from home e no suppose start anywhere. Enugu State Government Hospital, Amalla Orba, Udenu LGA features on #9jaHospitalSeries. I have more where the photos below came from!”.
However, Dan Nwomeh has now reacted after the post surfaced online. In a post that he shared on his official X handle, he said Peter Mbah is building type 2 primary healthcare centers in the 260 wards in Enugu state. He said the governor never promised to repair dilapidated schools or heath centres.
Here is what he wrote on his page;
“ENSG is building type 2 primary healthcare centres in the 260 wards in the state. Peter Mbah never promised to “repair” dilapidated schools and health centres like this but to do things radically differently by doing completely away with them. So your pictures justify the ongoing overhaul in the healthcare space”.
