Former Labour Party, LP, chieftain, Doyin Okupe has stated that the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Adeboye is not his partner but his spiritual father.
He made the statement on his official X handle on Wednesday.
He made the statement while replying one of his followers online. In the post that he shared on his official page, he said the man of God is a veritable general of the Lord’s army. He said Pastor Adeboye is human and therefore, not infallible.
Here is what Doyin Okupe wrote on his official X handle;
“Pastor Adeboye is not my partner and will never be. We rever Past Adeboye as our spiritual father in the Lord and a veritable General of the Lord’s army in this generation. We recognize that he is human and therefore not infallible. It is not in our place, according to the scriptures which we hold tenacious as the sacrosanct word of the Almighty God JEHOVA, to criticise or condemn him for any reason under the earth”….Vïêw–Môrê
