The Police Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi has stated that none of the #EndBadGovernance protesters is less than 7 years old.

This statement was contained in a viral video that was shared by CHANNELS TV.

In the video that surfaced online from 0.01, he said anyone who is above seven years old can be charged to court. He said the youngest among the protesters is 13 years old.

Here is what the Police Public Relations Officer said;

“Those that are not criminally liable under the law are those under the age of 7. Once you are more than 7 years old, you can be charged to court. The only thing is that you need to follow certain procedures to do that.

“But none of them is less than 7 years old, I think the youngest among them should be 13 years old. The fact that you are a 13-year old doesn’t mean you can not be charged to court.
