Sobomabo Jackrich who is also known as Egberipapa, a former loyalist of Nyesom Wike, has shifted his allegiance to the current Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara, amidst the ongoing political feud between the two leaders.

In a live coverage by Symfoni TV from 2:52, Jackrich who now leads the Simplicity Movement in support of Fubara said that during Wike’s first term as governor, Wike publicly asked the people of Rivers State to thank him (Jackrich) for his contributions. He said he has now realigned himself with Fubara because he has strong confidence in Fubara’s leadership.

Jackrich also said that he and his supporters were aware of the political schemes being orchestrated by those loyal to Wike, but they were ready to counter those plans.

In Jackrich’s words: “In the first tenure of Governor Wike, he stood on the podium and asked Rivers people to thank me Egberipapa. Now I have corrected myself with Simplicity. Fubara won’t fail, we know their antics. We know they have made plans but we will counter their plans”.
