Buba Galadima, a prominent figure in the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), stated in an interview with AIT News that he does not require any political position to support himself and his family.

In the interview (between 50-52 minutes in), Galadima mentioned that God has been providing for him since he chose not to engage with a corrupt government.

He recounted an experience where he went to Mecca with his daughter to express gratitude to God and to Tinubu for appointing her. He shared, “While we were discussing this, a certain chief, whom I prefer not to name, visited me. My older daughter, who worked with Buhari, was adamant about joining the trip. Although I claimed I couldn’t afford it, the chief generously offered me N2 million to cover the ticket.”

Continuing, he remarked, “Whenever I find myself in need, often someone I don’t know will unexpectedly send me a bag of rice. During this fasting period, the amount of rice and sugar I received has been remarkable.”
