The former Director General of the Obi-Datti 2023 presidential campaign, Doyin Okupe has reacted after he was accused of condemning Peter Obi publicly.
His response came after after an X user said that he shouldn’t have condemned the former governor of Anambra state publicly.
Here is what the X user wrote on his official page;
“The youth love and respect you so much. Even if you want to stop your support for Peter Obi, you shouldnt have publicly condemn him. Many are with Tinubu but didnt say it publicly”.
Reacting to the statement that was made by the X user, Okupe said he didn’t condemn Peter Obi. He said Peter Obi is his good friend and brother. He said the former governor of Anambra state has a brilliant mind and he respects him so much.

“I never condemned Peter Obi. He is a good friend and brother. We jointly fought a good fight. He has a brilliant mind and I respect him greatly. But we failed in our endeavor. We prayed but God in his wisdom did otherwise. I accepted God’s judgement but my detractors dont”…..Sée Móre
