A police officer has shared a painful story about how two of his men were killed by kidnappers in Imo State. He said the policemen were escorting some VIPs when they were captured by armed criminals.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Lucky Udu Experience, the police officer stated that after the kidnapping, the kidnappers contacted him and demanded a ransom. He said he asked them to prove that his men were still alive by doing a video call and showing their faces. He said the kidnappers refused his request and only told him that the officers were sleeping, which made him even more worried about their safety.
The police officer said he and his team took armoured vehicles and went to the location where the two policemen were kidnapped. He said he saw the police ID cards and the squadron badges of the kidnapped policemen lying on the ground. He said he found out that the kidnappers had killed and burned the two policemen.
