During the event, Asari Dokubo took the floor to address the gathering, stating, “The Your Excellency, the wife of the Governor, Excellency, the Deputy Governor, we thank God for today. I don’t want to say much; I just want to say, I want to use this small gift to appreciate His Excellency for what he has done for River State and especially what he has done for 250 billion, it would have been very difficult for even a caran man to have opened the cover of River State and released 250 people for the development of all car people there.”
