President Joe Biden has addressed concerns about his physical abilities, acknowledging that he doesn’t “walk as easy” or “speak as smoothly” as he used to.
Speaking at a campaign rally in North Carolina, he stressed his capacity to “get things done” and tell the truth.
According to the report by Punch on Friday, the statement from Biden came after a fiery debate against Donald Trump in Georgia, where the two leaders clashed on various issues.
He said, “Folks, I don’t walk as easy as I used to, I don’t speak as smoothly as I used to. I don’t debate as well as I used to.”
Biden criticized Trump’s motives, saying he’s driven by revenge and retribution, while Trump accused Biden of doing a “poor job” on the economy and presiding over a rise in inflation.
He said, “Donald Trump is motivated by revenge and retribution, well revenge and retribution never built a damn thing.”
Speaking about the presidential debate, he said, “I don’t know what you did last night, but I spent 90 minutes on a stage debating with a guy who has the morals of an alley cat.
“Did you see Trump last night? I mean this sincerely, a new record for the most lies told in a single debate.”
On the other hand, Trump had accused Biden of not handling the country’s economy effectively, and also overseeing a rise in inflation.
He said, “He has not done a good job. He’s done a poor job, and inflation is killing our country. It is killing us.
“I gave him a country with essentially no inflation. It was perfect. It was so good, all he had to do was leave it alone.”……Sēe Moré
