He highlighted its contributions to infrastructure, public health, and economic programs like the National School Feeding Program and N-Power. He warned that inefficiency hinders progress, citing slow landlord-tenant dispute resolution in Lagos, which discouraged housing investments until Citizens Mediation Centers improved case resolution.

Praising Nigeria’s fintech revolution, he urged civil servants to embrace technology and innovation, stating, “Real change begins with imagination, followed by disciplined execution.”

He also stressed the need for continuous reform, stating that outdated systems slow progress. “An effective public service must evolve with changing times,” he said. He encouraged professionals to adopt forward-thinking policies that drive economic growth and improve service delivery.
