During a recent crusade in Kebbi State, Governor Dr. Nasir Abdullah Gandu graciously announced a 30-million naira cash donation to the organizing committee. As is his tradition, the governor personally ensured the donation was presented in cash. While expressing deep appreciation for the governor’s generosity and hospitality, Dr. Paul Enenche and his wife, Dr. Becky Enenche, politely declined the donation.

According to a recent video by Church Gist, they emphasized that their mission was guided by spiritual purpose and not motivated by monetary gifts. They also urged that, if possible, the funds should be redirected toward charitable causes such as orphanages. The governor’s gesture of goodwill was highly appreciated by all present, reflecting the spirit of hospitality Kebbi State is known for.
