Former Governor Ali Modu Sheriff has spoken about late President Muhammadu Buhari. He stated that there are some things he would have liked to talk about, but has decided not to because Buhari is no longer alive.

Speaking in an interview with Channels Television 28:59, Sheriff said his religion dictates that when someone dies, people should pray for that person and ask God to grant that person a peaceful place in paradise. He said this is why he won’t speak further on certain matters involving Buhari.

Sheriff also expressed his support for President Tinubu’s government. He said he worked hard for APC in the past and he intends to keep supporting the party in the future.
