Solomon Dalung, a former minister has reacted to President Tinubu’s decision to appoint Bianca Ojukwu as a minister, pending Senate approval.

In a video shared by Channels TV from 11:47, Dalung said that appointing Bianca (who he referred to as the “Mother-General” of the Igbo people) as a minister shows that President Tinubu is thinking ahead and making alliances for the 2027 presidential elections.

Dalung disclosed that he hopes for the best but he doubts that Tinubu’s current cabinet members have the ability to make significant positive changes in the country.

In Dalung’s words: “Bringing Bianca the mother-general of the Igbo nation shows that Tinubu is laying cards for 2027. I don’t see anything serious that going to change because a very serious approach to serious issue will always manifest itself from the beginning. So the president has succeeded in recruiting more allies from different parts of the country”
