Sule Lamido has called for the suspension of Bode George from the PDP, stating that if others are being suspended for anti-party activities, George should be first on the list because he was their political leader who led them into rebellion against the party.

On Arise News from 4:27, Lamido pointed out the irony that George is now renouncing the very rebellion he invented and led. He stated that the group being suspended, including FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, were George’s own people whom he got into rebelling from the party.

Sule Lamido said: “That group which has been suspended was led by Bode George. He was their political leader. He was the elder. Therefore, he was the very person who got them into rebelling from the party. He was their leader. He was equally rebellious. He was doing anti-party activities with them. Now, ironically, he’s coming around to renounce the very thing he invented. I consider the kind of person he is. He’s still not a full civilian. He’s a para-civilian. So you can understand his reasoning, which is very myopic, which has no connectivity with what he did yesterday. I can understand that. So please, leave the group he suspended. His own group, those suspended are his own boys whom he led into rebellion. So the problem is he should also be suspended because he was their leader.” View, More,
