The former First Lady of Ondo state, Betty Anyanwu Akeredolu has taken to her official X account to react after the former governor of Anambra state, Peter Obi announced that he will support the education of Quadri Alabi.
Peter Obi made the statement after the 17-year-old was released from prison. In the post that Peter Obi made on his page, he said he made the decision after he discovered that the young boy has an unwavering desire for education.
According to Peter Obi on his official X account;
“Despite all he has been through, his only dream is to return to school and complete his education”.
Reacting, Betty Akeredolu described the former governor of Anambra state and human rights lawyer, Inibehe Effiong as heroes. He said Peter Obi has displayed empathy.
