Daniel Bwala, an aide to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has stated that the administration is far more concerned with addressing domestic challenges than chasing international recognition.

Speaking in a recent media appearance, Bwala acknowledged that President Tinubu has become a highly visible figure on the global stage, frequently commanding attention during official visits abroad.

Bwala pointed to the President’s foreign trips, such as the recent engagement in Brazil, as examples of how Tinubu’s diplomacy often results in tangible benefits for Nigeria.

He took to his Official X account (formerly known as twitter) to commend the president work towards developing the country.

According to Bwala, the enthusiasm shown by other countries toward working with Nigeria stems from Tinubu’s effectiveness rather than any pursuit of fame. “The President’s growing acceptance around the world is based on results, whenever he travels, he comes back with concrete achievements, not empty promises,” Bwala explained, stressing that international partners see him as a key figure in advancing cooperation across Africa.

Despite this global profile, Bwala reiterated that the administration’s priority is easing the economic and social difficulties faced by Nigerians, Bwala emphasized that while international goodwill is valuable, it is secondary to the government’s central mission of improving lives at home.

Bwala concluded that the President’s recognition abroad is a byproduct of performance, not the end goal, as the administration continues to focus on reforms and solutions that directly impact citizens.
