Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, the founder and head prophet of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry (CMDM), has issued a stern warning to pastors who criticize other pastors.
In a recent Facebook video, Fufeyin emphasized the unity of the church and cautioned against intra-church conflicts.
“We have only one church,” Fufeyin declared. “Any pastor attacking another pastor is sent from the kingdom of hell because that pastor is not a judge. All of us know that there’s only one judge. Jesus is the judge of all churches. Judge not. It is written.”
The cleric highlights a concern within the Christian community regarding public disputes among church leaders. Such conflicts, he suggests, are detrimental to the unity and mission of the church. By invoking the authority of Jesus as the ultimate judge, Fufeyin calls for humility and restraint among pastors.
In addition to his warning against pastoral conflicts, Fufeyin advised against underestimating others, emphasizing the unpredictability of life’s fortunes. “Don’t underrate anyone in life. You don’t know; the person might be your children’s helper tomorrow. Don’t say, ‘Who are you’ to anyone,” he said.
