Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has expressed his confidence in the collective strength of the Iranian people and the broader Islamic world to drive foreign influence out of the Middle East.

In a statement posted on his verified Twitter account, Khamenei emphasized the crucial role of collaboration among regional nations, drawing inspiration from Iran’s Islamic Revolution.

“We are hopeful that with God’s help, the hard effort of the Iranian people, inspiration drawn from the Islamic Revolution, and collaboration with other nations, we will remove our enemies from the region, God willing,” Khamenei tweeted, signaling his vision for regional self-determination.

The statement comes at a time when tensions between Iran and Western powers, particularly the United States and Israel, remain high. Iran has long been critical of what it views as foreign meddling in the region, particularly in Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon.

Khamenei’s message highlights the enduring influence of the 1979 Islamic Revolution, which continues to serve as a source of ideological strength for Iran’s leadership.

By calling for unity among nations, Khamenei also hinted at the growing alliances Iran has sought to build with countries across the Middle East and beyond. This collaboration, in his view, is key to confronting and ultimately expelling foreign powers from the region.
