One of the chieftains of the Peoples Democratic Party has revealed what the former governor of Lagos state, Babatunde Fashola told him when he had a meeting with him.
He made the revelation during an interactive session on Channels TV.
In the viral video that surfaced online, when the presenter asked him that;
“If the President comes out tomorrow and dissolves his cabinet, would you be happy?”.
He responded by saying Babatunde Raji Fashola told him that if anybody changes his cabinet, they will need about three months to understand the bureaucracy of where they are posted to.
Here is what Segun Showunmi said;
“One of the fine men in this country who understands admin, who’s been Chief of Staff, who’s been minister, who’s been governor, Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN. One of these beautiful days, I had the opportunity to engage him. When I was speaking to him, he said Segun, if you change you cabinet at any point in time, they need about three months to understand the bureaucracy of where they are posted to and probably another three months to begin to come up with something that can look like realistic vision that they can put on the table”.
