Founder of Anap foundation, Atedo Peterside has taken to his official X account to tell people to have a positive thought towards the new acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun.
Atedo Peterside made the comment after one of his followers said if the Edo state governorship election case eventually moves to the Supreme Court, the woman who moved Hope Uzodinma from fourth position to first is the number one judge in Nigeria.
According to the X user;
“To challenge it isn’t the problem but at which judicial system? The judges from which country? If eventually, they landed at Supreme Court, the woman who moved Uzodinma from 4th to 1st is now the number one judge in the country. The only institution we need to challenge now is INEC”.
Reacting, Atedo Peterside said people should be positive and not write off the new Chief Justice of Nigeria.
According to Atedo Peterside;
“It is important to remember the words of Oscar Wilde: “Every Saint Has a Past, Every Sinner Has a Future”. In life, it is important to do what you need to do i.e. present your case, along with the evidence, expertly. I would not write off the new CJN prematurely. Let us think positively. #EdoDecides2024”.
