Pedro Obaseki, a lecturer and member of the PDP in Edo State recently shared his experience while passing through the area around former Governor Adams Oshiomhole’s house in Benin City.

In a video recently shared by AIT 45:58, Obaseki described seeing a heavy police presence in the Okoro Otun area, where Oshiomhole’s home is located. He said he saw two armored tanks stationed on either side of the house, along with about 30 police vehicles. He also said the road leading to the area was blocked, making it difficult for him to pass through on his way to the studio.

In Oshiomhole’s words: “I am saying as we so speak, as at 7:30 p.m I was in front of Oshiomhole’s house in Okoro Otun, I have to pass his house to get to the studio here, I saw two armoured tanks on each side of his house and about 30 police vehicles. There is no thoroughfare right there now. I think that is just to create the fear factor, but Edo people are not afraid”
