A chieftain of the Labour Party, LP, Oseloka Obaze has taken to his official X account on Saturday to react to a viral WhatsApp message claiming that the former governor of Anambra state, Peter Obi has been arrested.
In the viral message, it was stated that Peter Obi was arrested alongside his wife by the Department of State Service, DSS at his home in Anambra state.
According to the message;
“DSS just arrested Peter Obi at his home in Anambra state for an unknown reason. His wife was arrested too”.
Oseloka Obaze has condemned the report and told the public to disregard it. He said Peter Obi is well and fine outside the country. He also shared some photos of Peter Obi at a construction site.
