Shehu Sani, a renowned human rights activist and former Kaduna central senatorial district lawmaker has taken to his official X handle to react after the former governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi made a striking remark during his visit to Kaduna. According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he pointed out that the decision to govern from Kaduna State was good.
The former governor of Anambra State and ADC Chieftain, Peter Obi was recently on the spotlight after he made a remarkable comment during his visit to Kaduna State.
Peter Obi, on a tour to solicit grassroots support ahead of the 2027 presidential elections, disclosed that it was his intention to govern from the State.
His remarks, which garnered widespread traction across various social media platforms, caught the attention of Senator Shehu Sani, a former federal lawmaker and respected human rights activist.
According to his statements which were shared on his official X handle, he pointed out that the former Anambra governor’s decision to govern from Kaduna State was a welcome development.
However, he disclosed that popular Islamic scholar and erstwhile military captain, Sheikh Ahmad Gumi will be informed and his views heard regarding the ADC Chieftain’s decision.
Senator Shehu Sani, widely known for his outspokenness, equally disclosed that the decision by the former Anambra governor was good news for the people of Kaduna State.
