Former Senator Shehu Sani has voiced his concerns regarding the continued high prices of drugs in pharmaceutical shops despite the removal of customs duties on imported medicines.

In a statement made on his verified Twitter account, Sani highlighted the discrepancy between the government’s policy and its impact on drug prices, expressing disappointment that the anticipated reduction in prices has not materialized.
