The Special Assistant to Atiku Abubakar on Public Communication, Phrank Shaibu has commented after reading a report claiming that Seyi Tinubu, the son of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and son of billionaire, Ronald Chagoury owned a company.
According to PREMIUM TIMES, leaked documents reveal that the son of Nigeria’s President co-owned an offshore company, Promomedia Loatsad Global Services Limited, with Chagoury’s Son.
Moreso, it was also stated that the company was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands eight years ago.
Premium Times wrote; “The president’s son, Oluwaseyi Tinubu, was a majority shareholder in Promomedia Loatsad Global Services Limited, an offshore company, alongside Ronald Chagoury Jr, who shares a name with his father. The firm was incorporated eight years ago in the British Virgin Islands. The BVI offers corporate anonymity, but the involvement of the two men was revealed in company documents leaked to the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists”.
Reacting after the report surfaced online, Phrank Shaibu said when the former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar sounded the alarm bells, he was called a busybody by many people.
Phrank Shaibu wrote on his official X handle;
