In a recent video on TVC from 6 minutes 40 seconds, Ehiozuwa Agbonayinma, a key political figure and former member of the House of Representatives, has praised the ongoing efforts of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State as the gubernatorial election approaches. Speaking with enthusiasm about the recent developments, Agbonayinma expressed gratitude for the momentum gained by the APC over the past two weeks, crediting the leadership and the party’s candidate for their diligent work in engaging with the electorate.

Agbonayinma noted that, despite some critics pointing out the candidate’s limited appearances on national television, his focus has been on grassroots mobilization. The candidate has prioritized direct engagement with voters, emphasizing that “politics is about the people.” He noted that this approach has been effective in building support for the APC across the state.

According to him, “Coming back to my state, Edo State, I want to give thanks to God Almighty that the past two weeks have been busy. The leadership of the APC in Edo State has been doing excellently well, and the candidate of our great party, APC, has also exceeded expectations, reaching out and communicating with the people. Even though some may say he’s not talking or appearing on national television, he’s busy going door-to-door because politics is about the people.”

“When I saw the massive crowd at all three senatorial districts we visited during the campaign—Edo South, Edo Central, and Edo North—I realized that those who doubted us were shocked. The people came out in mass because they want to change the narrative. They want to tell Edo people that enough is enough.”
