In a video recently shared by Silverbird TV from 20:43, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, a former governorship candidate of the Labour Party in Lagos State, stated that President Tinubu should take responsibility for the current economic challenges instead of complaining that his predecessor left a poor economy, watch the video from 20:43.
Rhodes-Vivour said Wikileaks disclosed a conversation where Tinubu said Buhari won’t manage the economy well. He said Tinubu and Buhari belong to the same political party and he (Tinubu) helped bring Buhari into power so he can’t blame only Buhari for the poor state of the economy
In Rhodes-Vivour’s words: “Tinubu was one of the proponents that brought Buhari and he knows that Buhari was very bad with the economy. Wikileaks has shown conversations where Tinubu actually said that this man (Buhari) will not handle the economy well but he was one of the chief proponents that brought him in. So he cannot now turn around and complain and say ‘oh, they left us with a bad economy’. This is your party, this was the person that you felt was best to handle the government”….Sêe_Morē
