The Special Adviser to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Social Media, Dada Olusegun has reacted after an X user criticized how Tinubu answered a question on tax reform in Rwanda.
The reaction of Dada Olusegun was contained in a post that he shared on his official X handle on May 14, 2026.
This is coming after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu said tax reform should be written in English language and not Japanese English.
Here is what Tinubu said;
“Tax reform will have to be written in English language and not Japanese English. A standard that everyone will be able to pay. Write it simple. I have reformed that in Nigeria”.
However, after Tinubu made the statement, the X user said he doesn’t understand him.
Here is what he wrote;
“What is Tinubu talking about here?”.
However, Dada Olusegun has now shared his thoughts after the post surfaced online. In a statement that he shared on his official X handle, he said Tinubu was talking about simplifying the tax law.
