One of the chieftains of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and former Kaduna lawmaker who represented Kaduna Central at the National Assembly, Senator Shehu Sani has stated that he wonders why the Chinese firms are not closing down their businesses in the country.
He made the statement on his official X handle on Wednesday. According to the former Kaduna lawmaker, some western multinational companies have been shutting down their businesses but it is a different story when it comes to the Chinese firms.
In the post that Senator Shehu Sani shared on his page, he said rather than shutting down their businesses, the Chinese are present in bandits infected Villages in states like, Zamfara, Kaduna, Niger, Nasarawa. He said they are in the aforementioned states mining for gold, Kaolin and lithium.
Here is what the former Kaduna lawmaker wrote on his page;
“I still wonder why Chinese firms aren’t closing down; the Chinese are even present in the Bandits infested villages of Zamfara, Kaduna, Niger and Nasarawa mining for Gold, Gypsum, Kaolin and Lithium. What kind of people are the Chinese?”….Seë_Morë
