One of chieftains of the Labour Party, LP, Dr. Yunusa Tanko has shared an old video in which he partook in a protest alongside Nobel laureate, Prof Wole Soyinka, Pastor Tunde Bakare and many other prominent Nigerians.

The video was shared on his official X handle on Monday.

After the Labour Party chieftain posted the video on his page, he said the protest went down in 2010 under the administration of former President, Late Umaru Musa Yar’Adua.

He said Prof. Wole Soyinka, Mallam Buba Galadima, Pastor Tunde Bakare, Yinka Odumakin and many other people also joined the protest.

In his words;

“I led the Save Nigeria Group (SNG) protest as the field marshal. Prof. Wole Soyinka, Mallam Buba Galadima, Pastor Tunde Bakare, Yinka and Joe Odumakin were the leaders. When men were defending democracy in 2010. Today, the story has changed”.
