As reported by Leadership News, Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has once again made serious allegations against her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, claiming he has subjected her to long-term emotional abuse, manipulation, and ongoing attempts to tarnish her public image.
In a detailed Instagram post shared early Monday, the 24-year-old actress accused the senator from Delta North of relentlessly trying to “destroy” her reputation both “publicly and privately” as part of a larger strategy to gain custody of their children and influence how their troubled marriage is perceived.
Regina questioned Nwoko’s motives for continuing to target her after their separation, stating, “Ned, can you actually leave me alone? Why are you trying so hard to ruin me both publicly and privately, knowing that in my culture, a good reputation translates to financial success?”
She mentioned that, having a background in the entertainment industry, she is aware of how rapidly controversy can escalate, stating, “Let’s not forget that the media thrives on entertainment, and I am an entertainer — but I’m exhausted!! You’ve been controlling my life since I was 17, so this is me fighting for my freedom.”
She claimed that the senator has attempted to manipulate media narratives and use private intimidation to undermine her credibility and weaken her position in their ongoing marital conflict.
Daniels also made alarming allegations about the early days of their relationship, claiming that Nwoko introduced her to hard drugs shortly after they got married.
She said he introduced her to ecstasy, commonly known as Molly, because he wanted her to meet what she referred to as his extreme sexual demands.
In her words, “You introduced me to the drug, ecstasy (Molly), just so I could satisfy you, and that’s the only drug I know of that diminished the trauma because it made our sexual life intense.”
She emphasized that this introduction was not consensual but rather part of a pattern of control and coercion.
Regina further asserted that this behaviour reflected the kind of intimacy he preferred, saying, “That’s how you love your women, wild and erotic — while you took Viagra, hence your frequent blood pressure spike.”
She continued to describe instances where Nwoko’s purported lifestyle had negative health effects, mentioning that she had taken him to the hospital multiple times due to dangerously high blood pressure caused by his use of sexual enhancement drugs.
“Keep in mind, I’ve taken you to the hospital many times for the same issue,” she said, asserting that these events occurred frequently throughout their marriage. View, More,
