Lere Olayinka, the senior special adviser on media to the former governor of Rivers State and FCT minister, Nyesom Wike has taken to his official X handle to react after two governors distanced themselves from the expulsion of his principal. According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he disclosed the reasons why they distanced themselves.
The former governor of Rivers State and FCT minister, Nyesom Wike was once again, on the spotlight after the People’s Democratic Party announced his expulsion from the parties on allegations of anti-party activities.
However, many were left stunned after the governor of Adamawa State, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri and the governor of Plateau State, Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang publicly declared that they were not involved in the expulsion.
This, drew massive public attention as many found the quick distancing laughable, as amplified by Lere Olayinka, the senior special adviser on media to the former Rivers State governor.
According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he pointed out that those who accused his principal of anti-party activities were also responsible for the same anti-party activities.
