Demola Olanrewaju, the Senior Political Assistant to the former Vice President of Nigeria, Alhaji Waziri Atiku Abubakar has reacted after it was announced that the former governor of Rivers state and FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike has been expelled from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
The reaction of Demola Olanrewaju was contained in a post that he shared on his official X handle on Sunday, November 16, 2025.
According to Channels TV, Wike and some other top chieftains of the party were expelled during the National Convention in Ibadan, Oyo state. The report further stated that they were expelled for allegedly engaging in anti party activities.
However, Demola Olanrewaju has now shared his thoughts after the report surfaced online. In the post that he shared on his page, he said the people who formed the cancerous G5 in PDP can’t be the surgeons to excise the tumour.
