Reverend John Joseph Hayab, the chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), has reflected on the alleged genocide against Christians in Nigeria.

In recent times, the president of the United States of America, Donald Trump, has sparked mixed reactions amongst Nigerians after he threatened a military action over the alleged persecutions of Christians across the country.

However, during an interview with TrustTV News from 16:15, Reverend John Joseph Hayab, the chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), stated that it is wrong for anyone to debunk the claims of a genocide against Christians in Nigeria.

He recounted how a pastor was burnt in his house by Islamic extremists, and his corpse was conveyed on a mat like that of a small baby.
