‎In a recent statement via his official X account, former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has reacted to the recent Gaza ceasefire deal.

He draw attention to what he described as a long and painful history of conquest, colonization, and attempted extermination of indigenous peoples.

‎”They wiped out the Red Indians. They wiped out the Aborigines. They wiped out the Aztecs. They wiped out the Incas. They colonised Africa, Asia and much of the world.

‎They wiped out and enslaved so many other great and mighty ethnic nationalities and took their land in the name of conquest.

‎They attempted to wipe out the Palestinians as well but the Lord stopped them and brought the holocaust to an end.

To Him alone be the glory!” he wrote.

‎Fani-Kayode linked the suffering of Palestinians to past atrocities committed against Native Americans, Australian Aborigines, the Aztecs, the Incas, and many African and Asian communities.

‎He accused colonial powers of wiping out entire civilizations and enslaving countless others in the name of conquest.

‎Speaking on the recent developments in Gaza, he claimed there had been an attempt to wipe out the Palestinian people.

‎He described the scale of destruction and loss as a form of modern-day holocaust.

‎However, he said divine intervention had prevented their total extermination and welcomed the ceasefire as a sign of hope.

‎He ended his message with a prayerful tone, giving glory to God for sparing lives and calling for continued peace.
