Lere Olayinka, the senior special adviser on media to the former governor of Rivers State and FCT minister, Nyesom Wike recently reacted after former presidential aspirant and ADC coalition Chieftain, Atiku Abubakar distanced himself from any association with popular media consultant, Kola Johnson. According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he accused the ADC coalition Chieftain of double standards.
Former presidential candidate of the PDP and ADC coalition Chieftain, Atiku Abubakar was recently on the spotlight after he was dragged following a press release from popular media consultant, Kola Johnson.
The statements which were attributed to the former vice president, claimed that he promised an all Yoruba inclusivity of he were elected president in 2027, a statement which generated controversies.
However, the ADC coalition Chieftain not swiftly disowned the press statements, but also distanced himself from the media consultant.

According to his statements which had garnered widespread traction across various social media platforms, Lere Olayinka pointed out that Atiku distanced himself same way he disowned a tweet condemning the murder of young Deborah in Sokoto.
The statements from Lere Olayinka had sparked public debate, as many found the verbal confrontation very unnecessary, and a deviation from real political matters.
