Gen. Eyal Zamir.
“No matter where our enemies may be, we will relentlessly pursue them and settle accounts with them,” Zamir declared in his address to the elite Israeli Air Force pilots assigned to carry out the mission.
According to him, these people were vicious terrorists whose only goal was to lead the charge to destroy the State of Israel. Whether close by or far away, Zamir made it plain that the IDF would not halt in its crucial task to bring those responsible for the nation’s insecurity to account.
As they readied themselves to neutralise the valuable targets who had long avoided responsibility from their sanctuary in the Gulf state, the pilots, who had been briefed prior to flight, absorbed his firm comments.
