He stated that the group’s members show heartless indifference towards the lives of Gazans, saying that they put their own safety first by taking refuge in tunnels beneath the city while abandoning the people living above ground to be used as human shields.
He said that Hamas and their allies in Gaza were letting the people down by not caring about their welfare and taking advantage of them. He contended that this deception prevents an end to pain and delays peace.
