The Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr. Paul Enenche, has shared some shocking experiences with people who approached him claiming God gave them strange instructions.
In a video shared by Idoma TV on Monday, September 8, 2025, Dr. Enenche told his congregation how some individuals made outrageous demands, insisting they were divinely directed.
According to him, one particular encounter stood out.
“A man said God told him I must give him my daughter, N200 million, a Jeep and a house. Only me should provide all of that. He didn’t even pity me,” Enenche recounted, leaving the church in laughter.
He explained that the same man even demanded more, including another car, insisting it was part of God’s instruction.
In another incident, the pastor narrated how a minister approached one of his daughters with a proposal, claiming it was a divine vision.
“There was one pastor who told one of my daughters that God revealed she was his wife. He went further to say she should take him to me so I could bless the marriage and also hand him one of our church branches to pastor. That is the kind of request we hear,” he said.
Dr. Enenche used these stories to teach his members about contentment and realistic expectations. He cautioned against seeking shortcuts or making outrageous demands in the name of spirituality.
“The economy may be tough, but it’s possible to start small. With N250,000 or N500,000, you can begin something and grow it. That is better than waiting for someone to hand you everything,” he advised.
The preacher emphasized that hard work and gradual growth remain the true path to progress, not unfounded claims of divine entitlement.
