Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has cautioned against dismissing the African Democratic Congress (ADC) ahead of the 2027 presidential election.

In a recent video shared on Facebook from 3:01, Ayodele urged President Bola Tinubu and other political actors not to overlook the party’s potential strength, warning that it could emerge as a surprise contender.

“Don’t underestimate ADC, I’m Tinubu don’t underestimate them,” Ayodele said, stressing that the party could secure unexpected momentum in the coming election cycle. He noted that unless powerful spiritual forces were invoked to destabilize the party, it might find a path to victory.

According to him, “They may have chances of winning except they do a very powerful spiritual spell to scatter them, and to frustrate them.”

The cleric further predicted that the 2027 elections would leave Nigerians disappointed and uneasy, adding that frustrations could play a major role in the political atmosphere.

“People will be frustrated for 2027,” he declared, suggesting that voter dissatisfaction may dominate the period.

Turning to Labour Party’s Peter Obi, who contested in the 2023 election, Ayodele insisted that he would face obstacles that could block his path to power in the next cycle.

“Obi will not be able to make it in 2027, they will frustrate him,” he said, dismissing speculations that Obi might return stronger in the race.

Ayodele is well known for his controversial political prophecies, often sparking debate and drawing both criticism and attention across the country.
