Several reactions have trailed the comment that was made by former governor of Anambra state and Labour Party, LP, candidate in the 2023 presidential election, Peter Gregory Obi after he heard that over 50 bodies have been recovered in Katsina state.
Peter Obi’s comment was contained in a post that he shared on his official X handle. This is coming after gunmen invaded a mosque in the Gidan Mantau community area of Malumfashi Local Government, Katsina state and killed several worshippers.
According to DAILY TRUST, over 50 bodies have been found while some community members are still looking for their loved ones.

However, Peter Obi has now shared his thoughts after the report surfaced online. In a post that he shared on his official page, he expressed dissatisfaction over the incident.
The former governor of Anambra state said that the issue of insecurity in Nigeria must be tackled from the root.
