Rotimi Amaechi is like Peter Obi: high on ego and low on intelligence. How can you say the first thing you will do when you become President is “to change the Constitution from indigeneship to citizenship, so that wherever you are, you are a citizen of that place?”
Just like Peter Obi, Amaechi’s highest level of education is only a poor degree in English, which is why he does not know that as President, you have no power to ‘change the constitution’.
