Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has revealed that a strong opposition coalition ahead of the 2027 presidential election could pick one of three prominent northern politicians as vice presidential candidate — Bukola Saraki, Rabiu Kwankwaso, or Aminu Tambuwal.
In a video posted on Facebook, Ayodele said divine insight showed that if the proposed coalition — possibly led by the African Democratic Congress (ADC) — comes together in unity, they may rally behind a powerful presidential candidate whom he described as a “giant.” According to him, this political figure, with the right vice presidential choice, could deliver a landslide defeat to President Bola Tinubu.
“If the coalition is agreeable, I am seeing three people as possible vice presidents — Saraki, Kwankwaso or Tambuwal,” Ayodele declared. “If President Tinubu allows them to pick these people with the giant person I am seeing, he will just have 40%, and the giant will have 65 to 80% to defeat him.”
Ayodele emphasized that he is not against President Tinubu personally, but spiritually, he believes the APC’s popularity is waning. He warned that unless the ruling party “wakes up,” it could be overrun by a new political force driven by growing public discontent.
The cleric had previously prophesied that two individuals could defeat both Tinubu and Atiku Abubakar. In his latest message, he affirmed that “one is coming out gradually,” suggesting that political realignment is already underway behind the scenes.
According to him, the potential pairing of a Southern “giant” with a Northern heavyweight like Saraki, Kwankwaso, or Tambuwal could reshape the election — if the coalition manages to form a cohesive alliance.
