The former Vice Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, has, during an interview on Prime Time, an Arise Television Programme, said that he is still gasping for air because the same Nasir El-Rufai who once said that even if heavens will come down, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will be sworn in as President is now in a coalition trying to unseat the President.
Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed had said, “Believe me, I’m still gasping for air. I mean, I remember, with due respect, I remember Nasir El-Rufai dancing his eyes around and saying, if the heavens will come down to earth, Bola Ahmed Tinubu must be sworn in as President. I remember that as well. And I remember him walking out of the Senate. And I remember them saying that, look, the same APC he did this, they said that there’s a security file on him, he can’t be a Minister.”
