Former Kaduna lawmaker and renowned human rights activist, Senator Shehu Sani recently reacted after president Donald Trump announced that both Israel and Iran wanted peace. According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle on Tuesday, he pointed out that peace should be granted to both countries, including Gaza.
Many were left stunned after American president, Donald Trump announced that Israel and Iran came to him and demanded for peace. This came following a recent social media post dated June 24 where he detailed the demands from both countries and disclosed how he felt afterwards.
According to President Donald Trump, Israel and Iran simultaneously approached him, demanding an end to the conflict.
“Israel and Iran came to me, almost simultaneously and said, “PEACE” I knew the time was NOW. The world, and the middle east are the real WINNERS! Both Nations will see tremendous LOVE, PEACE AND PROSPERITY in their futures. They have so much to gain, and yet, so much to lose if they stray from the road to RIGHTEOUSNESS and TRUTH .The future for Israel and Iran is UNLIMITED, and filled with great PROMISE. GOD BLESS YOU BOTH.” president Donald Trump wrote.
After the social media surfaced online, it piqued the interest of Senator Shehu Sani, a renowned human rights activist and former Kaduna lawmaker in a recent statement, echoed the president’s excitement.
According to his statements, there should now be peace for the citizens of both countries, including Gaza who had been at loggerheads with Israel.
“Iran and Israel went to Donald for peace, Let there be peace for the citizens of both countries and Gaza.” He wrote.
