Former Nigerian Senator, author, playwright, and human rights activist Shehu Sani has reacted after Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, appointed Prof. Chidi Odinkalu as Pro-Chancellor/Chairman of the state-owned university.
According to Punch, the Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, has appointed Prof. Chidi Odinkalu as Pro-Chancellor/Chairman of the state-owned university, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University in Igbariam.
Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu was also appointed as a member of the council. Both Odinkalu and Ojukwu served as chairman and secretary, respectively, at the Anambra Truth, Peace, and Justice Commission, set up by the governor to unravel the circumstances behind insecurity in the South-East.
Nevertheless, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo has approved the appointment of a Governing Council for Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), Igbariam, Anambra State.
He wrote on his page;
‘Commendable”.
However, Senator Shehu Sani has now reacted after the report surfaced online. His reaction was contained in a post he shared via his official X page on Tuesday.
