Lere Olayinka, a prominent figure in Nigerian politics, recently shared a video on X (formerly Twitter) capturing a confrontation involving Oseni Rufai, a well-known journalist.

The video from 0:01, which has drawn considerable attention, shows Rufai in a heated exchange with law enforcement Officer over a traffic-related issue. During the altercation, Rufai is heard threatening to involve a governor, suggesting a potential escalation of the situation. Olayinka’s accompanying text read, “This is a tiny god that can break the law and must not be questioned.

He was even going to slap the law enforcement agents, threatening that ‘I will call the governor.’ Just imagine this one being the Senate President… He will most probably be slapping his colleagues. Like I have maintained, most of these people forming Moral Police will do worse if they are in positions of power.”
