Peter Obi, former presidential candidate, has explained why he moved from APGA to PDP, then to the Labour Party, and now to ADC.

In an interview from 20:38 with Arise TV, Obi said he left APGA because he had a disagreement with his successor, former Governor Willie Obiano. He said instead of allowing the issue to become toxic and affect the governance of the state, he decided to leave the party and join PDP

Obi said he left the PDP because the party’s primary election process was not fair. He said he joined the Labour Party but the Federal Government interfered with the party, causing instability and a crisis. He said it was like setting a house on fire and expecting him to remain inside. He stated that he chose to leave before being consumed by the fire, and that is why he moved to ADC
